ぎゅう詰め牧場（英名 Cram Farm。以下「本サービス」）は、利用者のプライバシーを尊重します。 本ポリシーは、本サービスが扱う情報とその取り扱いを説明するものです。本ポリシーは利用規約の一部を構成します。
本サービスは個人の開発者が運営しています。本ポリシーおよび個人情報の取り扱いに関するお問い合わせ、 後述の各種ご請求は cramfarmapp@gmail.com までご連絡ください。 原則として2週間以内にご返答します。
次の情報は端末内のローカルストレージ（localStorage）にのみ保存され、
開発者は取得・閲覧しません。アプリの削除、または設定画面の「データを消す」で削除できます。
オンライン機能を使ったときに限り、必要最小限の情報がゲームサーバーへ送信されます。 オンライン機能（対戦・ランキング・ステージの公開／検索・フィードバック送信）を使わない場合、送信は一切行われません。

氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号・住所・生年月日・位置情報の入力を求めることはありません。 匿名IDは端末内で生成した無作為の文字列で、これ単体から個人を特定することはできません。
なお、サーバーと通信する際は、通信の性質上、IPアドレス等の接続情報が、当方および下記8のホスティング事業者のアクセスログに一定期間記録されます。これらは通信の確立・不正アクセスへの対策・障害調査のために用い、広告目的では利用しません。
表示名・ステージ名は他の利用者に見えます。 本名・学校名・勤務先・SNSのアカウント名など、ご自身を特定できる情報は入力しないでください。
上記3でサーバーへ送信された情報（表示名・スコア・レート・公開ステージ・通報・フィードバック・ 匿名IDおよび匿名の集計値）は、運営者が管理画面で閲覧します。 目的は、サービスの運営・不具合の把握・不正行為への対応・通報された投稿の確認と削除に限られます。 これらを広告目的で利用したり、第三者へ提供・販売したりすることはありません。
本サービスは、位置情報・連絡先・カレンダー・カメラ・マイク・写真・ヘルスケア情報・ 通話履歴・端末内のファイル・広告識別子（IDFA / AAID）にアクセスしません。 アカウント登録の仕組みが無いため、メールアドレスやパスワードも取得しません。 ただし、サーバーと通信する際のIPアドレス等の接続情報は、上記3のとおりアクセスログに記録されます（これは通信を成立させるために技術的に避けられないものです）。
お住まいの地域の法令（日本の個人情報保護法、EU/英国のGDPR、米国カリフォルニア州のCCPA/CPRA 等）に基づき、 ご自身に関する情報の開示・訂正・削除・利用停止をご請求いただけます。 上記の連絡先へご連絡ください。当方は、上記3で本サービスのサーバーへ送信された情報を販売せず、広告目的で第三者へ提供することもありません。 広告事業者による情報の取り扱いは、当方によるものではなく、「7. 広告について」をご覧ください。（広告を導入した場合、広告事業者による広告識別子等の取り扱いが、米国カリフォルニア州法上の「販売・共有」に該当する可能性があります。その場合はオプトアウトの方法を本ポリシーで案内します。）
現在のアプリ版では広告を表示しません。 Web版および将来のアプリ版では、運営費用のため第三者配信の広告 （Google AdSense / Google AdMob など）を表示する場合があります。その場合、広告事業者が Cookie や 広告識別子を用いて利用者の興味関心に応じた広告を表示することがあります。取り扱いの詳細は Google の広告とプライバシーをご覧ください。 お住まいの地域の法令に応じて、広告に関する同意の取得（同意バナー等）を行います。 iOS では、トラッキングの可否を端末の許可ダイアログで選択できます。 広告の内容について当方は責任を負いません（利用規約）。
本サービスの提供のため、次の事業者のサービスを利用しています（取り扱いの委託）。これらの事業者のサーバーは 日本国外（主に米国。各社の提供地域によりその他の国となる場合があります）に所在します。 当方は、各社が公表するデータ処理条項・セキュリティ基準に基づき、個人情報の適切な取り扱いを求めています。 移転先の国における個人情報の保護に関する制度など、外国にある第三者への提供に関する情報が必要な場合は、 上記の連絡先へご請求ください。各国の制度については 個人情報保護委員会の公表資料もご参照ください。
通信は暗号化（HTTPS / WSS）し、サーバーの管理画面はパスワードで保護しています。 ただし、インターネット上の通信および保管について、絶対的な安全性を保証することはできません。 前述のとおり、そもそも氏名・連絡先などの個人情報を取得しない設計にしています。
本サービスは13歳以上の方を主な対象としており、子ども向けサービスとして設計・提供していません。 開発者が氏名・連絡先などの個人情報を収集することはありませんが、オンライン機能を使うと ご自身が入力した表示名が他の利用者に見えます。13歳未満の方がご利用になる場合は、 保護者の方の同意と管理のうえでお願いします。13歳未満の方から個人情報を受け取ったことが判明した場合、 速やかに削除します。上記の連絡先へご連絡ください。
本ポリシーは、法令の改正やサービス内容の変更に応じて改定することがあります。 重要な変更を行う場合は、変更後の内容および効力発生日を、効力発生日が到来するまでに 本ページまたは本サービス内で告知します（利用規約第19条と同じ手続によります）。 最終更新日を改めます。効力発生日以後に本サービスをご利用いただいた場合、改定後の内容に ご同意いただいたものとみなします。
This service is operated by an individual developer. For questions about this Policy, or to make any request described below, contact cramfarmapp@gmail.com. We aim to reply within two weeks.
Settings, high scores, cumulative score, unlocked levels, collection (encyclopedia) progress, level stars,
item counts, daily-reward dates, your recent match history (last 30 matches), and your block list are stored only in
your device's localStorage. The developer cannot read them. Delete the app, or use "Erase data" in settings, to remove them.
If — and only if — you use an online feature (versus, ranking, publishing/searching stages, sending feedback), we send the minimum necessary: the display name you typed, your score / shipped count / combo / rating, the board code (the settings of the board you played), an anonymous ID (a random string generated on your device), and, if you choose to publish a custom stage, that stage's name and board code. Reports and feedback text are sent only when you submit them. We never ask for your real name, email address, phone number, postal address, date of birth, or location. Your display name and stage names are visible to other users — do not enter anything that identifies you. In addition, connection information such as your IP address and browser/OS type is necessarily recorded in access logs by us and by the hosting providers listed in section 8, for a limited period, to establish the connection, prevent abuse, and diagnose faults. It is not used for advertising.
Information sent to the server (display name, score, rating, published stages, reports, feedback, anonymous ID and anonymous aggregate counts) is visible to the operator through an admin console, solely to operate the service, diagnose problems, act on cheating, and review and remove reported content. It is never used for advertising, nor shared or sold to third parties.
We do not access location, contacts, calendar, camera, microphone, photos, health data, call history, files on your device, or advertising identifiers (IDFA / AAID). There is no account system, so we hold no email address or password.
Device data is gone when you delete the app or erase data (including your display name, high scores, progress, collection, match history, and anonymous ID). One exception: the anonymous IDs of creators you have blocked are kept, because clearing them would make content you chose to hide visible again. You can unblock at any time from the community stages screen. On the server, scores, ratings, and published stages are retained to provide the service; live match relay data is discarded when the match ends. You can remove a stage you published at any time using the delete button in the community stages list in the app. To request deletion of your other server-side records, contact us — because there are no accounts, we need the anonymous ID to identify them, and we will explain how to find it.
Depending on where you live (Japan's APPI, the EU/UK GDPR, California's CCPA/CPRA, and similar laws), you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of processing of information about you. Contact us to do so. We do not sell, and do not share for advertising, the information sent to our server as described in section 3. Handling by advertising vendors is not ours — see section 7. (If we introduce advertising, an ad vendor's use of advertising identifiers may constitute a "sale" or "share" under California law; we would then describe how to opt out in this Policy.)
The current app version shows no advertising. The web version, and possibly future app versions, may show third-party advertising (Google AdSense / AdMob), which may use cookies or advertising identifiers to serve relevant ads; see Google's ad policies. Where required by local law we will ask for consent, and on iOS you can choose tracking via the system prompt. We are not responsible for the content of ads (see Terms of Service).
We entrust processing to Vercel Inc. (web hosting), Render Services, Inc. (game server), Supabase Inc. (database), and Google LLC (advertising on the web version). Their servers are located outside Japan, mainly in the United States (other countries are possible depending on each provider's regions). We require appropriate handling under each provider's published data processing terms and security standards. If you need information about the data protection regime of the destination country, please contact us.
Traffic is encrypted (HTTPS / WSS) and the server's admin console is password-protected. However, no method of transmission or storage over the internet can be guaranteed to be absolutely secure. By design, we do not collect names or contact details in the first place.
This service is intended for users aged 13 and over and is not designed or directed to children. We collect no names or contact details, but note that a display name you type becomes visible to other users when you use online features. If a child under 13 uses the service, please do so with a guardian's consent and supervision. If we learn that we have received personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly — please contact us.
We may revise this Policy as laws or the service change. For material changes we will announce the new content and its effective date, on this page or in the service, before that date takes effect (the same procedure as section 19 of the Terms). The "last updated" date will change. Continuing to use the service on or after the effective date means you accept the revised Policy.
